How quickly do you respond?We respond to all emails within 48 hours on business days. For technical support issues, we aim for under 24 hours. Apex plan users have priority support access.
I have a bug to report. Where should I send it?Send it to contact@eclipxco.com with "Bug report" in the subject. Include your plan, the debate ID if applicable, and a description of what happened vs. what you expected.
Can I request a new AI model to be added?Yes. We evaluate model requests based on provider API availability, cost, and user demand. Send us the model name and provider — we'll let you know if and when we can add it.
Do you offer custom pricing for teams or enterprises?We currently offer four standard plans (Free, Pro, Ultra, Apex). For large teams or enterprise deployments with specific needs, reach out and we will discuss options.
Is Alethe AI available in my language?Alethe AI supports 13 languages: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and Polish. The interface detects your browser language automatically.
How does the billing work?Subscriptions are monthly or annual (20% discount). We use Stripe and Moneroo for payments. Billing resets on the same day each month. Unused debates do not roll over.
